If you are ready to start making your landscape a feast for the eyes...but are not really sure where to start- let us help.  Five Oaks Nursery has been helping customers with their landscape needs since 1983.  We understand that each customer has different ideas, objectives, needs and budgets.  We sincerely love what we do and are excited to work closely with you to create a beautifully custom landscape design that you will truly love and enjoy for years to come.

Design Services Includes:             

Initial Design Consultation at your home:

• Designer & Client meet to discuss Client's suggestions, ideas, needs, etc.
• Designer & Client complete the 'Client Checklist'
• Designer & Client sign 'Design Contract'
• Client pays a retainer
• Designer & Client walk property to further discuss client's preferences
• Designer completes an analysis of of the site and existing conditions
• Designer takes photos and measurements of the property
• Designer draws base map of the property & records existing structures & plant materials

Landscape Design Process:

• Studio Time designing and drawing landscape plans
• List of plant materials
• Cost of plant materials
• Planting Guide & Plant Care instructions

Final Designer/Client Meeting (No Charge if meeting lasts 30 minutes or less)

• Designer & Client meet to review/discuss final landscape plan (at nursery, appointment needed)
• Designer will show client individual plant material used in landscape plan (if needed)
• Client pays final design fees
• Client receives the final scaled landscape plan, (8 1/2 x 11") laminated

Delivery Service...

Once you have picked your plants and are ready to begin creating your masterpiece frontyard, we can help you get your plants home.  

OUR GUARANTEE...

We guarantee:

    1.  That our plants are true to name.

    2.  That they are healthy when they leave the nursery.

 

What we cannot guarantee: 

·    Drought, Hurricanes, Floods, Etc. or any other Acts of God / Mother Nature 

·    The gardening abilities and/or plant knowledge of the purchaser.    

·    Lawn Mower,Weed Eater, Weed Killer, Pesticides, Etc. use in the area of your plant.

·    The habits/behavior of male dogs and cats in your neighborhood. 

·    The appetite/behavior of moles, voles, rabbits, deer and other critters        

·    Your soil and/or the conditions in your planting area, for example drainage

Once the plant leaves here, too much is out of our control for us to guarantee it’s survival. Our plants are routinely inspected by our staff -- so we feel confident about their health. But once they go to your home, they are in your care.
